outlook syn with accpac crm

Who can tell me why i couldn't syn crm with outlook. What should I pay attention to?

错误信息是登录到crm server 错误.但有时会报另一错误,我已记不清了.

 

I had found  the solution on my own. maybe there is better way. but i solve it by changing the time Zone and revising the outlook and copy old pst to make it.
