The first service pack for ACT! 2009, 11.1, is coming up right around the corner. The 11.1 service pack extends the ACT! 2009 promise by delivering more enhancements to make ACT! easier to use, and make you more productive in the tasks you perform most often.
Here are the highlights of the 11.1 service pack. You will find more detailed information on many of these and other enhancements in several of the articles in this edition of eNews.

Contact Relationships - ACT! 2009 enhanced the way you work with contacts in Outlook®. With 11.1, you can easily store and review information about relationships between contacts! Smoother Installation - In ACT! 2009, we delivered a new Setup Assistant to help you configure ACT! out of the box. In 11.1, we’ve streamlined the install process so you spend less time installing, and more time being productive! Activity Visibility - ACT! 2009 delivered many calendar & activity enhancements. ACT! 2009 (11.1) now gives you activity & opportunity drilldowns from the dashboard, and the ability to “Go To” contact details for activities that you’ve set alarms for! Faster Common Tasks - ACT! 2009 is focused on helping you perform common tasks faster and be more productive. To that end, 11.1 adds enhancements to Opportunity & Task filtering and creating histories to make those tasks faster as well!
